May 2005

Poor Jacob. This month was rough on him. First we started filling his play area in the apartment with boxes, then we moved all his stuff. We, crazy as we are
thought maybe he'd enjoy spending time with all the friends and family who came to visit and help with the pre-move packing, the moving, and the post-move unpacking
but we would be wrong. He has entered this wretched, Only Mommy Will Do Phase where he must be touching Mommy at all time or the screaming ensues. He suspects
all visitors of trying to take him away (even if they just want a hug) so he grabs on and holds on for dear life. Mommy, Daddy, and Uncle Boo tricked him on 5/25
which was his parents' 9 year anniversary. He fell asleep in the car and Uncle Boo drove him up to Maryland for the day so Mommy and Daddy could celebrate. He
retailiated with gastric vigor the rest of the evening but it was worth it! We offer these pictures as proof that he is a darling little guy - if you have met him
recently, you may wonder how we put up with him! He's off to the pediatric allergist at the end of June to see what we can do about the red, itchy eyes and
swollen sinuses seen in many of these pictures.
