June 2005

Jacob likes June. The weather gets nice and he gets to play outside alot. He runs through the sprinklers, goes to swimming pools, has outdoor playdates, and
the mosquitos haven't discovered him yet. The spring grasses and mold that he's allergic to are gone and the summer stuff doesn't seem to cause the same sniffles
so being outdoors is just super all around. At 17 months, Jacob is a card! He will sit in his car seat and sing at the top of his lungs to whatever is playing
on the radio. He loves babies. Points to pictures of babies and says "Behbee." Of course, real ones are just too tempting and he must touch them and wake them
up if they're sleeping (much to his mom's chagrin). Not quite ready for a younger sibling but, that's okay - Neither are his parents! He is a pretty good mimic
now so if you say something, you may get to hear his version of what you said. Finally, he LOVES his new house. Loves his playroom, loves his bathroom, loves
everything. So much easier to get things done with a happy toddler following you around than a whiny one!
