Christmas 2005

A bountiful Christmas, again! We made the trek up to Anne Arundel County, even in football traffic, to spend Christmas Eve with aunts, uncles, and cousins
and Jacob had way too much fun turning the band leader on and off and on and off. Then he found the velcro advent calender and we barely heard a peep from
him for about an hour. Food and family, gifts and gabbing, topped off by a rousing game of Pictionary (Girls trounced the Boys). Christmas morning (er...
afternoon, really) brought the grandparents and Uncle Boo down from Maryland and stockings were followed by presents, then lunch (yum!), then more presents
some of which had to be opened for Jacob because he was entranced by a certain red toy with wheels that U.B. assembled right there in the living room!

Out of focus,
Jacob's bored,
at least someone's happy!
Cheese residue
all over his face
but now he's happy!

Playing Pictionary
(we're wild and crazy!)
What's cuter than wind-up toys
and a baby in footie pjs?
Ooh, what's in that stocking?

A monkey dance
to celebrate getting

Bouncing on Boo! Early on in the
present opening stage.

Eww! Don't put
that candy cane
in Grandpa's mouth!
A shared laugh! Family Portrait
