February 15-28, 2007

We were prepared for the traditional end of February blizzards and Mother Nature happily obliged with a couple storms. The first was annoying but the second was perfect powder, easy to shovel, and fun to play in. Jacob never minded the time it took to suit up in waterproof clothes; he was raring to get out and have a ball. Lucas continued to hate the cold, whimpering every time a cold breeze would hit his face so he spent much time indoors with Mom, watching his brother through the window. Both kept growing and charming their parents, grandparents, and assorted local relatives. Lucky us!
