October 2007

October is all about pumpkins and festivals and we attended every one we could find this month.  The boys could not have been happier!  Even on the warmest October day, we were out, riding horses, taking hay rides, digging in the dirt, whatever we could find.  Seemed like every weekend, we were at some nursery or farm.  We also spent a lot of time at the gym, which is a safe place for with Lucas to crawl.  Still, he managed to sport a bruise in different spots for most of the month.  At the end of the month, we finally found a pumpkin costume for Jacob, put Lucas in a hand-me-down Tigger costume, and started our Halloween circuit.  The school costume parade was a blast, and we had our traditional studio portraits done.  Then we were informed that "Now" is the time to get Christmas pictures done so those appear this month, too!
